General Booking Information

Thank you so much for your interest in hosting a private event at Butch’s Dry Dock! We eagerly await the opportunity to welcome you and your large group and are pleased to offer several unique event spaces. Just let us know what you’re looking for and we will be happy to direct you towards the space that best accommodates your type of event. From an intimate dinner in our Wine Cellar, a festive happy hour in our pub or a large group setting in our formal main dining room, we’ve got the perfect atmosphere for you no matter what kind of experience you desire.

How to Book?

If you’ve made it this far, you are one step closer to beginning the booking process with our convenient online inquiry form found here We will respond within 24 hours with an event contract in order to secure any booking, pending availability. We appreciate your interest in hosting your private event at Butch’s Dry Dock and look forward to making it an exceptional and memorable experience!

*Please note, we require an electronically signed contract and valid credit card on file to book any private event.

Front Dining Room

Front Dining Room Buyout  

  • 40 guest maximum capacity
  • To book: $1000 deposit (non-refundable, but deductible)  
  • $4,000 food/bev minimum

Front Dining Room Buyout w/ Lounge

  • 75 guest maximum capacity
  • To book: $1500 deposit (non-refundable, but deductible)
  • $6,500 food/bev minimum

Full Restaurant Buyout (includes Pub)

  • 120 guest maximum capacity
  • To book: $3,500 deposit (non-refundable, but deductible)
  • $13,500 food/bev minimum

Wine Cellar Room

Lunch

  • 26 guest maximum seated capacity
  • $75 room fee plus $75 or 20% auto gratuity (whichever is greater)

Dinner

  • 26 guest maximum seated capacity
  • $150 room fee plus 20% auto gratuity
  • limited menu required for parties over 12
  • no F&B min for seated dinners
  • $500 F&B min for cocktail style events

Additional Armstrong Gallery Space

  • $25 set up fee

Additional Miscellaneous Fees…

Cake Cutting Fee

  • $3.50/person
  • Bringing in outside dessert without us cutting the cake: $3.50/person

Wine Corkage Fee

  • In-house Wine: $10/bottle
  • Out-of-house Wine: $25/bottle

Beer Corkage Fee:

  • In-house: $3.00
  • Out-of-house: not allowed
